What is your return policy?
At B-Safe, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of products and services. We, however, do appreciate that the a customer sometimes would like to return some of their purchased goods. B-Safe offers it customers a 7 days return policy so that you can place order with us in absolute peace of mind.
As per our returns policy, you may request to return your un-used order as per the below policy guidelines:
Conditions for Returns
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition
- Product must be un-used
- Original invoice is required
- Discounted / Clearance items are not eligible for returns
- Product in the below listed categories are not eligible for returns
Please note that the items being returned need to be unused and in perfect condition. You must make sure the products under return are not tampered with or used. The items should not be broken or damaged. All the products must be in their original packing and outer boxes. Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.
Returns and Refunds
- All refunds processed will be through a Refund Voucher Code that can be used at our online website www.BSafeUAE.com with a validity of 30 days from date of issue. We do not process any CASH refunds. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
You will be refunded for the total purchase price, less the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping. However, if you receive damaged, defected or wrongly sent items, then, the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping will be borne by us. The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end.

Help – My item arrived damaged. What next?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at email@example.com. In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 3 days of receiving the order.

Help – I received the wrong item. What next?
Contact our Customer Care team within 3 days of receiving your item. They’ll provide you with all necessary details for sending the incorrect item back. They’ll also help make sure the correct item is shipped out at the earliest.
How can I cancel my entire order?
