B-Safe ships its products to almost across all of Middle East. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. We ship on all days except Friday and National Holidays.

How much does shipping cost? Is there a minimum order value/ quantity?

How long does it take you to ship the ordered products?

Normally, our dispatch times are within 1 working day of receiving your order!

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Deliveries are contingent upon our logistics partners and as such we are unable to give pinpoint timeframes. Having said that, normally, the delivery time frames are as below:

2-3 days UAE

5 -7 days rest of Middle East

What happens when I am not at home when you deliver?

In case you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our logistics partner will arrange a new time with you by calling you.

Our delivery partners will make 3 free delivery attempts before your order is returned back to our warehouse. We request you to please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will assist our delivery partner in making a faster delivery. Post 3 free delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee will be levied to you.

I can’t find my delivery? Help!

Don't sweat it! If you have your Order number and your delivery hasn't arrived within 7 working days of placing your orders, please contact our Customer Care team at or call us at 800-BSAFE (27233) or +971-4-3883454 and we will be happy to assist you. Please remember to mention your Order number when you contact us.

In case I cancel the order or request a return, who take care of shipping costs?

Sorry! Shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

Are there any Hidden Costs or Charges?

We do not have any Hidden Charges to our customer orders. You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

How do I track my order or package?

Once your order has been processed and shipment has been booked, our Customer Care Team will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48 hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Additional things to know about Shipping Charges

The shipping charges can be modified by B-Safe at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Every once in a while, B-Safe brings out various offers for their customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the respective offer.
